Info: Fully balanced, completely relaxed.  The caddy was there but never to offer advice.  Hogan would look at a distant pin and determine the right club for the shot.  This was before yardage books and pin sheets.  A player had to trust his feel for the game and learn the course in the practice rounds, then hope to hit it in a similar place during the tournament.
